We are looking for a high-energy, motivated and creative Change Manager with Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to support a large-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation. You will play a key role in driving organisational change across a global programme, ensuring the successful adoption of new IAM processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
Working with a combination of junior and senior change colleagues, you will lead the delivery of change management across a complex IAM transformation, partnering with programme leadership, security, HR, IT, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing the organisation for change, embedding new identity governance practices, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations across corporate, retail, distribution, and third-party user populations.
The delivery of this change management workstream will include change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training design and delivery, and business readiness activities aligned to SailPoint ISC deployment milestones.
