You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen usability, enhance visual coherence, and deliver high‑quality design solutions. This role requires creativity, strong UX/UI execution skills, and the ability to translate user insights into meaningful product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance user experience by applying visual and interaction design techniques aligned to user needs and cognitive behaviour.
  • Ensure usability, consistency, and visual coherence across digital products, design systems, and interfaces.
  • Design final UI screens, components, and assets for both web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct research, develop concepts, and deliver end‑to‑end design solutions for portals, e‑commerce platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Produce and present wireframes, interaction concepts, prototypes, and final design outputs.
  • Engage directly with users through research, concept testing, and prototype evaluation to uncover unmet needs and validate design decisions.
  • Analyse research and usability testing outcomes to recommend clear, evidence‑based design improvements.
  • Stay informed of emerging UX/UI trends, tools, patterns, and technologies.
  • Contribute to the evolution and expansion of the design system, ensuring high‑quality, scalable design assets.
  • Bring ambition and creativity to designing applications that aspire to the visual and UX standards of leading digital‑first companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Essential skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to design, prototype, and structure complex UI systems confidently and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction processing, or payment‑related product design, with the ability to translate complex financial interactions into intuitive user experiences.

Experience

  • 2–4+ years of hands‑on Product Design experience, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of UI/UX projects.
  • Degree in interaction design, industrial design, social sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Highly proficient in Figma, with additional experience in Adobe Creative Suite considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design processes, user research methods, and usability best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research, translating insights into concepts and product features.
  • Ability to work with and contribute to design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver high‑quality visual assets and maintain strong attention to detail.
