Overview

In this role, you will manage the training environment and data requirements in order to support training delivery and change team reporting requirements. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Set-up, maintenance and enhancement of the global training environment
  • Create a change data strategy and plan, including an environment refresh plan
  • Manage all data requirements for the effective running of the training environment
  • Engage with market Change Managers to identify market training environment requirements
  • Set up, maintain and support market Change Managers in training delivery
  • Liaise with the Change Manager to support market training delivery 
  • Review, create, update and automate CMO reporting framework and templates
  • Provide change management support across markets as required

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. 

 

Desirable:

 

  • Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR).
  • Related Post-grad qualification.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas; project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.

Experience

  • A solid understanding and background knowledge of how people go through change 
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. 
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
