You will lead the definition and execution of testing strategies across complex integrated ecosystems involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP MII, and manufacturing hardware. As a Technical Test Architect, you will design and implement robust test frameworks, environments, and standards to ensure quality and reliability across software and hardware interfaces. You will manage technical resources and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, end-to-end testing solutions that meet project goals on time and within budget.

• Define and own the overarching test strategy, covering unit, system integration, and end-to-end testing tailored to SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing environments.
• Support teams of technical testers across multiple domains and technologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Select and implement appropriate test tools and technologies to validate software-hardware interactions.
• Design scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks and environments that mirror production setups.
• Establish and enforce testing best practices, standards, and templates across the integration testing lifecycle.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for integrated systems, including SAP and factory floor interactions.
• Ensure data integrity across SAP S/4, third-party applications, and manufacturing hardware, validating flows such as production orders, material consumption, and quality data.
• Rigorously test system interfaces between SAP S/4, SAP MII, and hardware components, simulating real-world scenarios.
• Validate business logic and rules across software and hardware systems, ensuring accurate execution and reporting.
• Perform hardware interaction testing, verifying sensor and PLC signals are correctly interpreted and trigger appropriate SAP responses.
• Execute end-to-end scenario testing, simulating full production lifecycles from sales order creation to manufacturing execution and reporting.

• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in software testing, automation, or systems architecture.

• 7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles within testing, automation, or architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing test strategies for integrated software-hardware systems.
• Hands-on experience with test automation and integration tools, including Selenium or UFT for UI testing, and Postman for API validation, with a strong focus on verifying end-to-end system interactions.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MII, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices and data integrity testing
• Performance testing experience with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a strong plus, especially for assessing system scalability and reliability.
• Workflow management using systems such as JIRA for backlog and issue tracking.
