In this role, you will assist the change manager by tracking the status of the client project from a change management perspective. Your responsibilities will include updating content and change-related documents, collaborating with the team, supporting the change manager, and coordinating with key stakeholders.

Support change management teams in creating communication content and digital learning materials
Assist with training content development, delivery, and setup of training environments
Proactively engage with project teams and stakeholders, and update change management artefacts and reports
Apply methodologies and provide expertise on tools and processes
Develop change project plans using tools like MS Project, ensuring actions are closed, reviewed, and lessons learned are recorded
Help develop training materials and business readiness plans
Set up project files, generate reports, and guide teams on procedures and tools
Prepare status updates and agendas for meetings, using metrics to assess project success and recommend improvements
