As a Software Service Delivery Manager you will act as the interface between Expleo’s Account Managers, Operations management, consultants, and the clients for whom we are building software. You will have an active role in creating a highly collaborative environment between Expleo and our clients. This will involve managing and assuring service delivery under the following pillars:
Key components of this position are managing stakeholder satisfaction, managing delivery risk, working closely with Expleo Operations & Heads of Service to identify the right people for project(s), defining roles, on-boarding and support of new team members, and supporting the Market Directors in the pre-sales process.
